How to book

Once you’ve made a firm decision to go ahead, please email us with your request to book, and let us know the date you have in mind and whether you would like to use our Old Forge ceremony room for your civil ceremony, venue space for your reception or both.

We’ll email you with a booking form. At this stage we hold your date for seven days, allowing you enough time to book the registrar, make arrangements to pay the deposit and return the booking forms to us.

The deposit required to secure your date is 20% of the hire of the ceremony room and your 20% of your wedding package, if applicable.

Our booking forms are sent directly from us to your email, these need signing and sending back to us either by e-mail or post along with your deposit.
